Building Owners
You’re planning the work — we handle the legal obligations. We identify which notices apply to your project, draft and serve them correctly, and where your neighbour raises concerns, produce a legally binding Party Wall Award so your build can proceed on time and on the right side of the law.
Adjoining Owners
Your neighbour is doing the work — we protect your property. We act as your independent surveyor, carry out a full schedule of condition before any works begin, and negotiate the terms of the Party Wall Award to ensure your home is properly protected throughout. Under the Act, your neighbour pays our fees.
Party Wall Surveyors
The legally binding document at the heart of the process. We prepare thorough, watertight Awards that set out exactly how works must be carried out, what protections are in place, who bears the costs, and what happens if something goes wrong — giving both parties complete clarity before a single brick is moved.
